Training Synergy has invested considerable time and effort in developing an adaptable and thorough process to ensure that the objectives of the programme are met.
Once we have successfully pre-screened candidates they are invited to an assessment day. This invitation is carried out in a timely manner and backed up by calls to ensure the candidate is going to attend and has realistic expectations. The assessment days are always designed to be highly interactive events, giving the employer opportunity to assess candidates through a series of tests, group discussions, informal and formal interviews. For the attendees not only is the day a chance to prove themselves as potential candidates, there are also presentations and information provided to make sure they are aware of the role they are working towards.
Training Synergy will work with you to develop the content for the day, and we will implement a series of proven evaluation and profiling methods and models to assess the candidates’ suitability. You can rely on us to organise and facilitate the event and collate and submit the post-event assessment and profiling data. We will support and assist you in your candidate selection process, with a view to creating a list of candidates for your own recruitment programme or to go on a Training Synergy Kickstart programme.
