The vetting process
The social care recruitment and vetting process is very rigorous. We combine in-depth interviews with comprehensive referencing, qualifications, identity, address and enhanced CRB checks – so you can rely absolutely on the quality and acceptability of every candidate. We also ensure that our candidates are registered with the General Social Care Council in line with current legislation.
