Kickstart targets individuals who have the right competencies to perform the role, but not necessarily the process or systems experience that is often required. A typical Kickstart campaign
Marketing – To ensure we attract enough high quality candidates our campaigns focus on attracting local jobseekers with relevant transferable skills. We use a range of channels including online job boards, search engine advertising, local press, direct mailing, jobcentres and our extensive national database.
To make sure that we provide our clients with a broad and diverse range of candidates, Synergy delivers recruitment campaigns that are accessible and inclusive
Selection – Kickstart saves you time and money by filtering hundreds of candidates through a rigorous selection process. By using a combination of telephone interviewing, skills testing and assessment days we are able to find those individuals with the right core skills and personality traits for a role in parking.
Accredited Training – On passing the selection process each candidate attends an intensive training course delivered by the UK’s leading specialist Parking Training Company – Alpha Parking. Each course is tailored to the requirements of the client utilising the latest training techniques and industry practice.
Final Assessment – On completion of the training course candidates will undergo a final assessment. Those that pass will be made available to join your workforce on either a permanent or contract basis.
