The Synergy Social Care team is made up of highly experienced consultants, dedicated to providing qualified permanent and temporary social workers for Local Authority Social Services departments, Hospitals, NHS Trusts and charitable organisations.

The acute shortage of high-quality, qualified social workers in the UK provides an excellent opportunity for overseas social workers to gain international experience in their field and earn great money whilst basing themselves in a location with easy access to travel throughout Europe.
