Meet the Insurance team – who they are and how they found their way to The Synergy Group.
Andy Edwards – Principal Consultant
Andy has worked within the London market insurance industry since 1984 gaining valuable technical, underwriting and broking experience with respected City insurance and reinsurance organisations.
Since 2000 Andy has been involved in specialist insurance recruitment, covering most City disciplines from claims and accounts roles to brokers and underwriters.
In August 2008 he joined Synergy to assist with the set up and running of a brand new insurance recruitment team.
Steve Lee – Senior Consultant
After cutting his teeth in recruitment back in 2000, Steve found his niche within the London Insurance market, gaining knowledge and experience in all technical insurance disciplines and successfully putting this knowledge into practice.
Established a successful track record and impressive client portfolio playing an integral role in the success of his previous insurance team.
In September 2008 Steve joined The Synergy Group to co-develop the new insurance division and actively be involved in project work on a consultancy basis in the restructuring of divisions, individuals and producing team moves, captive markets and international recruitment.
In line with office expansion and the acquisition of major new accounts, this Ipswich based insurer is in need of experienced reinsurance analysts (outwards).
