The Synergy Group expands into new premises

We are pleased to announce our expansion into new London premises after celebrating the most profitable year in the company’s history.

One of the UK’s largest independent recruitment companies, The Synergy Group Ltd, is expanding into new London premises after celebrating the most profitable year in the company’s history.

A portfolio of new contract wins following the appointment of a dynamic new management team in 2009 has seen The Synergy Group outgrow its current premises at 77 Cornhill (EC3) and relocate to 1 Lindsey Street (EC1) on 27th September.

The Synergy Group provides recruitment, training and consultancy solutions to Public and Private sector employers across the UK.  Established in 1997, the company has succeeded in establishing itself as one of the leading providers of staffing solutions in the country, with an annual turnover of £36million reported for 2009.

Ryan was appointed Managing Director of The Synergy Group in March 2009 after previously working in a management role for the company between 1998 and 2000.  Bringing a wealth of experience to the role after setting up his own company, Trinity Solutions Group, and successfully selling it on, The Synergy Group has thrived under his leadership.

This, coupled with the appointment of Finance Director, Bob Nealon in the same year, has seen the company increase profitability in one of the toughest economic climates in recent years.

One success story for the company has been securing a place on the NHS buying solutions framework to supply non-clinical and administrative staff, as well as training and educational services. On top of this result, the company has entered new contracts with xx local authorities in the last 12 months.

Training Synergy has also been appointed as the IRRV’s first accredited national training and recruitment provider. Following a rigorous application and audit process they are now a recommended training provider to IRRV members and the Revenues and Benefits sector.

The Synergy Group is wholly owned by its staff and initial investors, making it one of the largest independent recruitment companies in the UK. This structure ensures that every member of the Synergy team is focused on successful results for both clients and the company as a whole.  Along with the office move, The Synergy Group will also refresh its brand identity.
