Synergy announce partnership with the IRRV
The Institute of Revenues Rating and Valuation (IRRV) today announces its partnership with leading training and recruitment provider, The Synergy Group.
Synergy has been appointed as the IRRV’s first accredited national training and recruitment provider. Following a rigorous application and audit process we are now a recommended training provider to IRRV members and the Revenues and Benefits sector.
IRRV auditors conducted an initial evaluation of skill and expertise in the area of training revenue, ratings and benefits officers and were impressed by the in-depth knowledge and experience of the Synergy team.
Auditors awarded particular merit to the company’s past experience of working in partnership with local councils and government offices in providing bespoke training and recruitment solutions across the revenue and benefits sector.
David Magor, Chief Executive at the IRRV comments: “It was imperative that we partnered with a training provider that had both the experience and knowledge of working within the fields of revenues, benefits and valuation. “
“Through our rigorous auditing process, Synergy demonstrated that it has both the resources and training skills to implement bespoke training courses on behalf of the IRRV and work closely with our 5,000 plus members.”
Kieran Ryan, Chief Executive at The Synergy Group says: “We are committed to providing the most authoritative training and recruitment solutions across the revenue and benefits sector and it is a great achievement to be recognised in this way by the IRRV.”
“We will be working closely with the Institute to deliver the highest quality in training to its members across both the private and public sector.”
The IRRV launches a number of partnerships, including that with Synergy, at this years Collection and Enforcement Conference at Harrogate Pavilions on 25th – 26th May.
