Synergy Group consultant shortlisted for REC Award
Matt Larkin named as a finalist in Temporary Consultant of the Year category.
The Synergy Group is delighted to announce news of yet another Awards nomination.
Hot on the heels of being nominated for the 2009 NORAs Awards, it was announced today that Principal Consultant Matt Larkin of our VMS Social Care team has been shortlisted in the Temporary Consultant of the Year category at the REC Institute of Recruitment Professionals Awards.
The finalists go forward to the glittering awards ceremony at the HAC, Central London on the 26th November where we hope Matt takes home the big prize. This is the first annual IRP Awards, the only recruitment accolade hosted by the REC, the UK’s recruitment trade body and we are proud that Matt has overcome strong competition to be nominated.
The REC’s Chief Executive and awards judge Kevin Green said: “Selecting those to go on the shortlist gave rise to numerous debates and discussions. It was a tough job, but we now have a list of fantastic finalists all of whom we all wish every success at the awards ceremony. I would encourage anyone who knows any of the finalists to take time to congratulate them now. They are already winners and they deserve the recognition for their hard work which has led to this achievement.”
The identities of the winners will remain a closely guarded secret until the awards ceremony itself which takes place on the 26th November, we will keep you posted with how Matt gets on.
