Leeds Housing team to attend Customer Excellence event in Blackpool
Synergy to attend Northern Housing Consortium event on 13th and 14th October.
The Synergy Group’s Housing team in Leeds will be exhibiting at the Northern Housing Consortium’s Customer Excellence event on the 13th and 14th of October at the Blackpool Hilton.
The conference is entitled So what happens next? Succeeding in difficult times and is aimed at helping organisations provide better customer service and come out of the recession on a strong and stable footing. Speakers include former Dragon’s Den panelist Rachel Elnaugh and it is hoped that the delegates will come away with renewed motivation towards customer service.
We will be based at stand 6 so if you are attending the conference make sure to pay the team a visit! We will be running a competition for a Red Letter Day and giving away our Synergy piggy banks as usual.
