The Synergy Group are delighted to have nominated Katie Spadafora who has won The Agency Social Worker of the Year award. She is now in the running to win the One in a million award and we are very confident on her success!
Katie was nominated by Joanna Chambers, our International Social Care Consultant. Joanna says “Katie is a joy to work with. She is always full of enthusiasm and positivity, whatever the situation.
