Senior Consultant – Social Care Leeds

A Senior Consultant is required to join our Social Care team based in Leeds.

The Opportunity

You will receive direct assistance from a dedicated sales support team supplying marketing and web support and an admin team to process your registrations and undertake your referencing. You will also be supported by the latest technology and recruitment tools to enable you to hit the ground running when you first join us.

The Individual

We are looking for experienced Consultants who preferably (but not essentially) have an understanding of Vendor Managed Services industries or similar frameworks. You will be a naturally strong communicator and tenacious personality, with the desire to thrive in a recruitment environment.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a real passion for recruitment and sales. Additional traits and behaviours would include:

  • Enjoy calling and meeting a high volume of Clients and Candidates
  • Excellent time management  and organisational ability
  • Outstanding verbal and written skills
  • Reliable team player and passionate brand ambassador
  • Proven experience of running a successful desk
