An exciting vacany has just arisen within this central London Authority for a qualified Social Worker to join their team, Adults with Learning Disabilites.
This is a post for a qualified Social Worker, who ideally will have previous experience
of working with this client group, at the very least has previously worked as a Care Manager.
In this post you will undertake care plan assessments
as well as reviews of adults with learning disabilities.
You will also be required to undertake carers assessments.
Travel is essential within and outside of the borough.
