Our client is currently seeking an experienced care home manager to oversee the running of their well established service in the London area. You will report to the operations manager and main duties will be to manage all aspects of the Care Home ensuring its efficient and effective operation, ensuring that Resident’s remain at the centre of the care provided and the home is running inline with CSCI requirements.
You will need to be a registered NVQ3 / NVQ4 manager with a minimum of two years management experience within a similar environment. In return you will receive a generous salary.
