We are currently seeking a fully qualified Social Worker with a minimum of 2 years experience to join the Child Protection team in South West London.
Duties
- Undertake single or joint agency enquiries to assess likely and actual harm to children and take appropriate action to ensure their safety.
- Develop and implement child protection plans.
- Convene and facilitate family group conferences.
- Plan and facilitate groupwork support for children, young people and their carers.
- Contribute to the range of Family Support Services provided through Kingston’s Family Support Forum.
- Contribute to the annual review process of foster carers.
