At Synergy we appreciate that each position we are asked to recruit for is unique and as such have developed a range of recruitment methodologies to suit a variety of requirements.

Before a service is recommended, our consultants work with our clients to ensure that we understand their culture, business objectives, job description and the candidate profile sought. In today’s economy, high calibre candidates are in high demand. Synergy has a proven record of identifying and attracting these candidates through our stringent selection process.

Selection is the most common method applied on behalf of our clients. Over the last 11 years we have invested heavily in the development of a large network of high calibre candidates, this coupled with our skill in recruitment advertising make sure the most comprehensive shortlist is always delivered.

We ensure that targeted, well-written advertisements are placed in the most relevant media to attract responses from candidates who are proactively seeking their next career move. Selection can also be used when clients are able to consider candidates with a broader range of skills, experience and backgrounds. Search is often run in conjunction with Selection in order to enhance the response generated by advertisements with candidates from specifically targeted companies.

Working closely with our client partner, we will:

  • Recommend cost effective options
  • Write advertising copy
  • Ensure the advert is placed is the most effective media
  • Place the advert
  • Manage response from the advert

Once the advert is placed, Synergy are equipped to deal with high levels of response and will ensure a consultant is available 24/7 to field any enquiries and maximise candidate response.

Registering a Vacancy

  • We will establish your necessary requirements
  • We will use our candidate database search facility
  • We will seek your permission to advertise the vacancy
  • You will be required to provide us with full contact details
  • You will be required to sign and return our terms and conditions

 



CV Submission

Us You
  • We will discuss potential candidates with you
  • We will confirm requested interviews.
  • We will request feedback from the interviews
  • You will inform us of any interview requests
  • You will supply us with feedback from interviews
  • You will inform us of any offers to be made


Placement

Us You
  • We will send you confirmation of the placement
  • We will confirm rates/salary
  • We will send you the contract
  • You will be required to sign and return the contract
  • You will confirm details of start date and any other relevant information


Aftercare

Us You
  • We will maintain regular contact with you throughout the placement
  • We will send you a service questionnaire on completion of the placement
  • You will be required to inform us of any issues during the placement
  • You will be required to complete our service questionnaire
