Before a service is recommended, our consultants work with our clients to ensure that we understand their culture, business objectives, job description and the candidate profile sought. It is essential that both feel valued and informed throughout the assignment process. This ensures that relationships are formed before a candidate starts employment, increasing the probability of long term success.

Executive Search is a proactive approach that uses Synergy’s market intelligence, and national network of high calibre professionals to identify the best candidates in an industry. From agreeing an Assignment Specification and a target list of companies, to the day a successful candidate commences employment, all our activities are carried out in total confidence for both the client and candidates. Candidates undergo a thorough face to face interview aimed at establishing if they are suited to the role in question, the organisational culture and have the requisite attitude.

Candidate shortlists are provided and are accompanied by interview notes and behaviour profiling reports if required. This ensures our clients have maximum understanding of each candidate from their very first contact.

Synergy has the capacity to manage the entire recruitment process, from organising client interviews and assessment centres, through to negotiating job offers and a start date.

Selection is the most common method applied on behalf of our clients. Over the last 11 years we have invested heavily in the development of a large network of high calibre candidates, this coupled with our skill in recruitment advertising make sure the most comprehensive shortlist is always delivered.

We ensure that targeted, well-written advertisements are placed in the most relevant media to attract responses from candidates who are proactively seeking their next career move. Selection can also be used when clients are able to consider candidates with a broader range of skills, experience and backgrounds. Search is often run in conjunction with Selection in order to enhance the response generated by advertisements with candidates from specifically targeted companies.

Working closely with our client partner, we will:

  • Manage response from the advert 

Once the advert is placed, Synergy are equipped to deal with high levels of response and will ensure a consultant is available 24/7 to field any enquiries and maximise candidate response.

Client Led Advertising Selection is employed when a client requires niche skills, multiple hires, or a senior member of staff.  We often recommend an advertising or marketing campaign and are able to advice on target media and manage the campaign from the production of the advertising to response screening.  This method gains advantage from Synergy’s expertise and the clients profile within their specific sector.
