      <title>Maintenance Administrator South East HL87364GF</title>
      <description>A Maintenance Administrator is required to join our client based in Bromley, Kent.

The appointed Maintenance Administrator will be responsible for the following duties:

1. To take incoming calls from tenants in relation to repairs required to their property.
2. To ascertain the type of repair needed and the possible cause of the problem in order that the repair can be allocated through to the correct department.
3. To enter details of the repair on to the in-house repairs system.
4. Follow-up the repair with the relevant surveyor or contractor to ensure that the works have been booked in and carried out.
5. Maintain high levels of customer service and satisfaction at all times making sure that any complaints are dealt with politely and efficiently.

The successful candidate will have the following skills:

1. It is essential that you have prior experience of working within a maintenance department within social housing, either for a housing association, local council or partnering contractor.
2. Excellent IT skills are required especially within Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
3. A good understanding of repairs and fault diagnostics.
4. Excellent customer services skills.

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

1. Experience of managing similar projects preferably within a Social Housing environment.
2. 17th edition as some electrical and PACT testing will be required.

The successful candidate will have the following skills:

1. Must have experience and a proven track record of carrying out fire risk assessments under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.
2. Working knowledge and experience of PAS 79 and FRA creation and management.
3. NEBOSH Fire Safety &amp; Risk Management Certificate or Institute of Fire Engineers (IFE) Part 1 in risk assessment.
4. Prior experience of working within Social Housing or a similar environment.
5. Good IT skills and the ability to understand the needs and requirements of the tenants.

      <description>A Gas Engineer / Inspector is required to join our client based in the City of London.

The appointed Gas Engineer / Inspector will be responsible for the following duties:

1. Working in a client facing role, you will work in partnership with the gas contractor checking a percentage of works carried out and feeding back results to the gas manager and the contractor.
2. Pre and post inspections of boiler repairs and installations.
3. Analysing and managing the performance of the contractor together with checking invoicing and cost data.
4. Carrying out certain fixes as required predominantly on domestic heating systems but some assistance with commercial units may be required from time to time.
5.  Working closely with the contractors and the administrating team to ensure that all CP12's are maintained and up-to-date.
 
The successful candidate will have the following skills:

1. Must be Gas Safe registered with current experience.
2. Previous work experience within a housing association, ALMO or council would be advantageous but not essential.
3. A good working knowledge of domestic boiler systems is essential and some commercial exposure would be desirable but not essential.
4. Excellent knowledge of gas safety regs, including reg 36 (Landlords Responsibility) BS 6644 and IGEM 10.
5. Must have good IT skills and be able to accurately input information.
