Establishment of Recruitment Need

  • We will meet you and take a brief 
  • We will prepare an information pack 
  • We will reconfirm the brief and client pack and agree strategy with you
  • We will confirm the individual and corporate target list with the client, where approporiate 
  • You will be required to provide a brief 
  • You will be required to confirm the brief and client pack and agree strategy

Search Commencement

Us You
  • We will create weekly/fortnightly/monthly reports as required 
  • We will create a candidate medium-list 
  • We will interview the candidate medium-list
  • We will report on the candidate medium-list and provide recommendations 
  • You will be required to view reports when delivered 
  • You will be required to review our recommendations from the candidate medium-list 

Shortlisting and Interviews

Us You
  • We will create a candidate short-list  
  • We will arrange the Client/Candidate short-list interviews 
  • We will brief the candidates and client pre-interview and debrief both parties post-interview
  • We will brief the candidates and client pre-2nd/3rd/4th interview and debrief all parties post-interview
  • You will be required to confirm suitable interview dates and times 
  • You will be required to select and confirm candidates for 2nd/3rd/4th interviews 

Securing The Right Candidate

Us You
  • We will confirm the preferred candidate with the client
  • We will present the offer to the candidate and secure the candidates acceptance
  • We will issue the contract and secure its signed return
  • We will manage the exit period for the candidate
  • We will assist in the induction of the new employee 
  • You will be required to confirm your preferred candidate for the role 
  • You will be required to complete our service questionnaire
