“We held the assessment day for the London Borough of Merton kickstart™ on 18th August. This event was part of the process of finding 4 suitably skilled people from the local community to begin a new career within the London Borough of Merton’s Benefits service.
We had a very successful day where the 38 pre-screened candidates who’d been shortlisted attended and of them 20 candidates were interviewed following successful completion of the aptitude test.
Due to the high calibre of applicants, I believe we will have no problem finding the 4 candidates required by London Borough of Merton” – Neil Dawson – The Synergy Group.
